Executive Team Member: Toby Scott is a veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces, having served 12+ years with the Military Police. In his final three years, he was a Regional Criminal Intelligence Coordinator with the MP and was a designate with Criminal Intelligence Service Ontario. Presently, Toby is now a crime analyst with the Ontario Provincial Police. Toby holds a Honours BA from Carleton University, and Graduate Certificates in Intelligence/Analysis from both Mercyhurst University and the Justice Institute of British Columbia. He looks forward to promoting camaraderie, team work and leadership across the analyst profession.
I am currently an Intelligence Analyst in the Provincial Operations Intelligence Bureau for the Ontario Provincial Police. Prior to this, I was an Operational Analyst in the Emergency Operations Centre and the Provincial Operations Centre. I have a Bachelor’s degree with honours in Business Administration and am bilingual in French and English. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, running and bouldering. I look forward to working with this amazing network and to support and enhance our roles as analysts.
Taylor Raymond is currently a Regional Operational Analyst (ROA) for the Ontario Provincial Police in Central Region. Prior to this, she was an ROA in North East Region, covering the area from Temiskaming north to Moosonee. She has also worked in the Provincial Operations Intelligence Bureau, the Missing Persons and Unidentified Bodies Unit and the Provincial Police Academy. Taylor studied at the University of Liverpool, where she completed her Masters in International Relations and Security, with a focus on the use of Private Military and Security Contractors by the United States government throughout history. She also completed her Undergraduate Degree at the University of Ottawa in Political Science and History. She is looking forward to collaborating and building relationships with analysts across the province, and increasing the information exchanged among them.
